BILLETS
Billets are the functional roles each member fills during gameplay. These are not rigid classes, but rather specialties based on your skills, interests, and team needs. Your billet helps determine placement and responsibility in the unit.
Rifleman – Versatile, and adaptable, riflemen fill the majority of roles and support all operations.
Grenadier – Provides indirect fire support and area denial capabilities.
Engineer – A technically skilled role responsible for specialized equipment such as drones, mines, etc.
Machine Gunner – Operates automatic weapons. Provides suppressive fire, cover, and overwatch for advances.
Medic – Responsible for in-game medical support, revives, and casualty management, depending on event rules.
RTO (Radio Telephone Operator) – Handles squad and long-range comms using radio systems. If applicable, electronic warfare.
Breacher – Specializes in entry and close-quarters operations using ballistic shields and shotguns.
Sniper / Spotter – Conducts reconnaissance, surveillance, and precision engagements. Usually in teams of two.
Designated Marksman – Provides accurate, mid-to-long range fire support while remaining integrated with the main squad.
STRUCTURE
Our team structure is designed to balance flexibility with coordination, allowing us to scale effectively for different events.
ORGANIZATION
The Corps – The full airsoft organization; all members collectively.
Frog Team – ~20 members; primary operational unit for large-scale events.
Section – ~10 members; maneuver element within a Frog Team,.
Squad – ~5 members; smallest standard unit, organized by specialty, facility, or geography.
RANKS
Captain – Overall command of the Corps. Leads the primary Frog Team.
Lieutenant – Leads additional Frog Teams beyond the first.
Gunnery Sergeant – Senior Sergeant role; may lead a Section or assist in leading a Frog Team as needed.
Sergeant – Leads a Squad (primary small-unit leader).
Corporal – Appointed within a Squad by the Sergeant to assist with leadership and coordination.
