Our team was founded by former Special Forces and SWAT law enforcement operators who now work as professional firearms instructors. Frogman Airsoft serves as both a competitive and training-focused team, made up of our core instructors along with select advanced students. Our primary goal is to develop and refine force-on-force training in a structured, professional environment.

Built around a passion for tactical gameplay, teamwork, and professionalism, our Southern California-based airsoft group brings together players who want a more immersive and organized experience on the field. Based in Los Angeles, we are looking to participate in everything from casual skirmishes and CQB to larger milsim and competitive-style events, with a focus on communication, coordination, and tactical play.

Our team is geared toward players ages 21+ who are looking for a more serious environment while still being welcoming to newer players who want to grow into that style of play. While some prior experience is preferred, we believe that the right mindset, respect for others, and willingness to learn matter just as much as gear or playtime. We maintain a small amount of loaner equipment for new members getting started, and our organizational structure will continue to expand as the team grows.

Inspired by the professionalism and adaptability of the Danish Frogman Corps, our team emphasizes teamwork, safety, respect, inclusivity, and accountability both on and off the field. We use callsigns, coordinated squad structures, and tactical communication to create a more immersive experience while still building a strong local community of players who share the same mindset.

As we grow, our goal is to establishing ourselves as a respected tactical airsoft team within Southern California.
